Sabreliner FO Pay
I don’t want to get my hopes up, but there is a chance I might FO for a Sabreliner part 91. This would just be a part time job flying at most 2 hours a week. What is the normal hourly rate in the northeast for this position?

Most contractors work off of a daily rate and not an hourly rate. In order to get average contract daily rates, you generally need to be typed and current. Since you most likely have an inside connection in order to get the job, I would just ask what they are willing to pay. Here's a couple links, but I would not get my hopes up an getting these pay rates without a PIC type:

I don't want to generalize here but the type of person still operating a Sabreliner most likely won't be paying top dollar for an F/O. Maybe $150-200/day?
How are they utilizing the A/C where it flies 2 hours a week at most? |

I might be too high on this, but I would think $250/day would be about right for an FO.

I flew the Sabre for a few years, always wanted to fly a JetStar at least once just to say I did. |
