Got an interview with them on Friday...not too sure about much except what I can find on the internet. I guess I'll find out what I need to know in the interview

I'm hoping capt, but they haven't said anything. according to the times they had posted for capt on climbto350, i'll be interviewing for FO, but if according to what I read online about them and their capt. mins, i'll have capt. guess I'll find out when I get there and talk to them!

So how did the interview go? Did either of you get the job?

Also curious. I have an interview with them tomorrow (02/09/2011). I will be going for the F/O PC12 position. The interview is with Scott Thompson. PM's or replies here ASAP would be great. This will be my first 91k interview and there is very little information. I have interviewed and worked for 121 carriers but that's it. How does this interview compare? Any information would be greatly appreciated!!

I interviewed with Scott last week. He seems a very nice guy and definitely looking for specifics in this interview. The fact is that Airsprint is a very high end high profile fractional dealing with elite clientele. That being the case they are looking for "representatives" of the company just as much as they are a pilot. The interview is about an hour and it is a 100% personality assesment the entire time. The questions may seem general in nature but the responses are analyzed thoroughly. There was NOTHING technical(charts approaches etc).....very few scenario based questions and the rest is chit chat to size you up. Your resume and the fact that you were chosen for an interview already proves you can drive an airplane. Dress well....speak well and be yourself. If this happens to be what they are looking for perhaps we will see one another up in Canada for the training! :)

Oh...and just in case you were curious about the competition....there were 50 chosen for an interview out of the hundreds of resumes. Out of those 50 are 3 FO spots & 4 Captain spots. 3 1/2 crews for the two aircraft at startup. 10 day on..... 5 day off schedule. Not too shabby....

Mod note: I pulled some posts due to some needless rancor. Cool it guys, it's not worth it.
