Multi-time building in seminole Houston, TX

Hi all,
Just wonder if anybody in houston area wants to split some multi time in a old (1979) but well maintained PA-44-180(seminole) the cost is 100 dollars wet(with fuel) after split. we will do IFR xcountry(one under hood, one safety pilot) in order both pilots can log the time. contact me at [email protected]
