And try to get through training with this kind of experience. I was told it's very tough and 4 washed out of 20 or less I think... Look into the silver thread.
But again flight time is not everything. So with hard work, I am sure it can be done!

Honest question - why did you turn down Gulfstream if they offered you a part 121 FO gig with a wet commercial? You had an opportunity basically every new commercial pilot wants, and you bypassed?
You can debate the ups and down of GIA all day long, but getting into a 121 gig with that much time would have put you at a significant leg up IMO.

As for your comment, I feel like the Silver Airways hiring spree was like a fly attracted to blue light. It looked so beautiful from a far, but once you get up real close, you get zapped. The pay wasn't there and I can't support myself financially with 1500 a month. If I had other people to depend on financially, maybe. But that's not the case. Now I don't want this thread turned into a silver bash thread, I almost regret mentioning turning down the gig.Just as I'm not much into politics government wise, I'm not much for the politics in Aviation...I'm just a kid that likes to fly point blank.Do I want to make money doing it?Sure! But the pay they're telling me wasn't anything you could really live on.I'm 25, not 18 in college on a ramen noodles diet.I'm trying to eventually make a LIVING.
But even with that being said, my current chief pilot told me just the other day, when you go work for an airline like that this is the reason why aviation is the way it is now a days...High Stress job/Low paying wages. That doesn't make sense and I think honestly as an Aviator 1,500-1,800 a month AFTER taxes is no way to live for my profession. Now the number figure is an estimate but more likely true to fact. Now I'm not looking to be making big salary off the bat, I know I must work my way up. Its just that if there's something I'd have to stand up against this is it.I'll wait it out and see what my OTHER options are hence this post.
A lot of people said I'm stupid for not accepting, but to me its a part of life and part of the whole learning experience.Hell I'm young 25, no real bills per say, no loans and I have been blessed to have my whole training experience paid for. By no means am I bragging, but I don't think waiting is such a bad idea to see if something bigger and better awaits for my future.I don't want to be 25 working at Silver and watch my expenses go through the roof because now I can't afford bills for housing, food, gas, daily expenses etc etc.Why change what's working right now to relocate and barely get by?It's not like I'm going to sit on my ass and be complacent not flying.I'm determined to find something that works for me.Eventually we gotta get there sooner or later right?
As for chritz1179's comment...Negative ghostrider, passing everything on would mean I left the stone unturned.I saw the stone, turned it over.Didn't like how it looked so I threw it in the pond...There's always bigger and better, it just takes patience to find what suits you. After all, I did go to the interview didn't I?
So once again, options people options.Thankyou for the responses thus far!

So you want bigger and better? Well, I can understand. And you want to do this with 252.9TT 69.5 Multi. I hardly see anything besides instructing...

Let me rephrase this. Other than opting the CFI route into time building BEFORE joining a regional what are some good companies in the area or the northeast United States that I could look into.As I might have overlooked the one thing that could be a potential lead.
Not everybody does the CFI thing as it's not for everyone. Some are jump pilots.I hear some charter companies take some low hour guys...Just fishing around seeing if I can get some further direction on things.

The guy has less than 300 hours and expects to go somewhere without instructing and making more than 1500/month.
Good luck, if you find it, please point me to it!
