San Francisco Multi Time

Anyone interested in building about 10 hours of multi time in san francisco area piper seminole 215/hr, 1 hour checkout, 25 hours, 5 hours time in type, I can take care of the checkout and 5 hours time in type, so its just 215 an hour split two ways!
