American Aviation

Does anyone have info on flying air tours for American Aviation in Page, AZ? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone have any updated info on these guys (American Aviation). Saw they were hiring.

The owner, based on Salt Lake City, has a long history of crashes and engine failures (including the Page shuttle). He's been around for a long time, and you'd do well to steer clear.

Any update info about them?

Do you mean has the leopard changed its spots, or has history been updated and repealed?

Well has it got any better or just assume the answer is no?

American Aviation

It seems there is someone in this thread that has felt it necessary to bad-mouth a company for no apparent reason.

Mr John Burke accuses American Aviation of non-existent things.

American Aviation has NEVER had a "record number" of crashes and engine failures.

They have never had any engine failures.

The maintenance is top notch.

I would suggest that Mr Burke take down his posts.

You are apparently unfamiliar with the history of the company, the gear up and forced landings, engine failures, etc. You're unaware of the arrow gear failures and engine outs? You're unaware of the history of the operation when the owner attempted to manage another airport? You're unaware of flying Navajos on freight runs without instruments, big holes in the panel, even the glareshield and parts missing, or piled behind the pilots?

You're new, apparently. Do you think they're a Page company? Are you that new?

This is your first post on APC. Auspicious.

Page, AZ

I have worked for the company, in Page, for 7 years. I am well aware of the history of the company.

The Page, AZ operation has not had crashes or engine failures. The maintenance is top notch.

If you have issues with the owner of the company, say so. But this operation is not the Salt Lake operation.

You apparently joined this website with one aim in mind, as your first shot across the bow, post one, was directed squarely at me. In that post, you lied several times. Now you have two posts, which contradict. You stated that Page hasn't had a fatal crash, which is a lie. You first stated that American Aviation hasn't had a crash, which is a grandiose lie. Your credibility is zero. Two posts, both full of lies.

Are you going to make your third post a lie, too? Is that why you came here, to lie? Thus far, it's all you've done since you arrived? Again, an auspicious beginning.

The good news for you is that there's nowhere to go but up.

I flew in Page for a season some years ago. I'm aware of the history, but I personally had no problems flying the planes. If plane was broken, write it up. If the weather wasn't safe to fly, don't fly.
I enjoyed my time there.

Classic, or American?
