Random Drug And Alcohol Testing Programs

Does anyone have information on a good DOT drug testing consortium?
I found one that costs $60/person/year for a membership. The pre-employment screening is $60 and the random tests are $60 (drug) $45 (alcohol).
Are these costs in line with the industry average?

That's almost exactly what we pay. We use new era drug testing. There will also likely be fees for the training programs ( books).

What would these companies normally charge for the training programs? Researching the different companies, I found that many simply won't publish their fees. I was drawn to this company in particular since they do post the fee structure upfront. They also don't charge for the literature.

Seems to me it is $15 - $20 for each employee's book plus around $50 for the supervisor traning (online). I got checked by the Feds a year ago or so ago and learned the supervisor can't also be on the drug testing program because they get advance notice of tests. Can be a problem for a small operation.
