Cirrus to provide pilots for new owners.....

Cirrus launches ownership program for non-pilots

Cirrus Aircraft

Might be a potential job for some lower time folks, but you have to be a CSIP. Hope you have a flexible schedule!

Cirrus to provide pilots for new owners.....

Negative, you do not have to be a CSIP, a CFII is required, along with being trained by a Cirrus Standardized School or CSIP. Lower time folks need not apply, found this out personally. These potential pilots that are being pooled by Cirrus will be employed on a salary basis with full benefits. They are very selective in the pilot pool process and require ample Cirrus time.

They did this several years ago. Job paid 30K with health benefits. Obviously must be willing to relocate and sign a contract.
