Opportunities in AZ (time-building)

Here's my situation: I am 24, hold an AMEL/ASEL commercial certificate (w/ instrument rtg), 330 TT, 18 ME, a 4-year degree, and a decent desk job in radio. I just passed the ATP written days ago and now the 24-month clock is ticking to somehow get to 1500 TT. Would like to avoid chasing a CFI certificate if at all possible, but open to it as a last resort. Does anyone have any leads on companies that will consider low-time pilots in AZ or the SW region? Also willing to re-locate if absolutely necessary. Any help appreciated....

Cheers,
Tyler

Grand Canyon tours

Gotta have 500tt for vfr 135 for the canyon tours. Check out the drop zones in AZ. They'll hire you with about what you have, well at least a couple of them. Phoenix Area Skydive in Casa Grande. Probably too low time for Eloy. Aerial survey season will start hiring soon for the Pictometry vendors.

Hate to say it, but your best bet, at least in AZ, is instructing. Plenty of flight schools and not much else. Good luck!

Skydive Phoenix and Phoenix Area Skydiving can't hire you until you're at 500TT for insurance reasons. Also, you'll need 25 hours in type either a C182 or C206. Skydive Arizona won't even touch you. They're flying twin otters and sky vans.
Great Lakes will hire you with those hours and their only base is Denver.

their only base is not denver. and you wont get on with 300. youll need 500 plus to seriously be considered.

I have 3 friends who just went through GLA training. THE only base is Denver. 2 of the three have less than 300TT.

They closed ALL out stations and unfortunately just confirmed they've raised their mins to 600TT unless you have a strong inside rec

I was in your shoes less than a year ago. Decided to get CFI and instructed for 6 months then found myself with a 135 operation. It is easy to get time instructing. And all my connections come from working Full time ramp job and instructing at all other times of the day. How bad do you want it? I live in AZ btw
