sounds like someone doesn't like ONE person.
because if you are talking SeaPort management, only ONE person from SeaPort is there - and if that person did *any* research at all, you'd realize that ONE PERSON was also the former Vice President of Ops and DO at Mokulele prior to going to SeaPort, and also left SeaPort prior to their shut down.
Mokulele is quite healthy, and growing. You didn't see Mokulele bid on EAS in Arkansas, New Mexico, Mississippi, West Virginia, or Pennsylvania, did you? Because those are characteristics of SeaPort and one of the BIG reasons they failed.
Mokulele can probably bid on almost any market and win right now. But they chose not to.
Mokulele has only 2 subsidized markets out of 14. Seaport was almost 100% subsidized.
