Hey everyone, I have a few questions. Does Mokulele pay during training and if so how much? What is the pay for SIC being LAX based? What is the typical schedule and how many hours a day do you fly? How long are your duty days? How many days are you off a week or month? Is there a training contract for SIC's and if so how much? As I understand the training is conducted in Hawaii. Is that true? I have 552 hours total time and was looking to get on.
I appreciate any insight and thank you in advance!

Pay starts when you start a line. So no pay during training.
Pay is the same for every SIC, no matter what you base is.
$21/hr, 70 hrs guarantee.
I`m not sure what LAX schedule looks like as it`s quite different from what we have in Hawaii. My understanding is it can be 2-3 day trips with maybe 4-5 hours each day, overnighting in SMX or IPL.
Contract is 1 year for SIC. And yes, ground training in KOA, sim in OGG, flight wherever they have availability.

I think last ground school was on march 22nd, and it says in the web more classes to come in 2017. If you visit hawaii often because of your lady I'd walk in my resume and put a face to your resume
