I got a call after I scheduled my interview to verify I met their new requirements. They just began requiring G1000 experience, or Part 141 training. Cant remember the number of hours though, around 10-15 I believe.

I was told the hiring pool had over 1000 applicants for FO when I interviewed, so they have no shortage.

Mokulele moving to KBUR

"Mokulele Airlines will be dropping flights between Santa Maria Public Airport and Los Angeles International Airport, and instead will fly to and from Hollywood Burbank Airport, reportedly as soon as September."

Currently an FO at Mokulele. Life is great out here. The flying is amazing. We are flying in VFR 90% of the time, but occasionally there are days where it is mostly IFR out. Company housing is provided during training and the accommodations aren't bad. But be ready cause they will send you out once ground school is over and you have to find your own place. My advice is get an idea of where they are gonna send you ahead of time so you can find a house or room. Right now our Big Island bases are fairly full with SIC's. PIC's are a little understaffed right now so be ready to fly a lot. Hope this answers some of your questions.
