750TT required (1000 preferred) for Planesense vs less than half of that required for Mokulele/SAE (when they're hiring). Not exactly the same league. Mokulele no longer requires you to "pay to play", although there was a training contract with step bonuses (SIC ride passed/upgrade) and a segue to Skywest (with another bonus after passing ioe). All of that is obviously up in the air right now.

Yes they are hiring and no, the pay hasn't increased. You can expect close to (or over) 100hrs a month. Pathway program to Skywest. Get hired with a wet CPL and you could be in the right seat of an ERJ in 18 months with $25k in bonuses along the way. There are worse ways to build time.

Thanks for the responses, everyone! I will try my hand soon and apply regardless. It looks like there was lots of competition for very few jobs in years past, is that still generally the case? I heard at one point they had a stack of 300 applications on their desk at once.
