Mokulele Airlines

Anyone here work for them? I am a wet multi and single commercial rated pilot. Would they even consider me? I am looking to move to Hawaii, my girlfriend is in the military there, so it will be great for us.

I used to work for them. It's a good gig for what it is.

They recently introduced a new pay scale. Has new captains starting at 37K/year -vs- the 43K they were paying starting out. It's a 10 year pay scale that goes up to 60K. FO's are 18K/year, it will take roughly a year to upgrade.

I'm sure they would love to have you they are really hurting for pilots. They are losing 15 pilots during the month of September.

They are losing pilots and they reduced the pay?

Gotta pay for those fancy new G1000 vans somehow! ;)

Do they require a contract?

Thanks for the quick reply, I sent you a PM. Does anyone know how to apply for the company? It will be extremely appreciated.

Thanks

Doesn't make sense does it? However people are leaving right at 1500 hours now regardless of the pay.

You might be on to something!

No and that's the reason I heard the pay is starting so much lower now since people are using them more than ever as a stepping stone to the regionals.
