Flight Instruction

What are the best cities and or companies to gain time very quickly as a CFI? I heard Orlando has a lot of opportunities but that Florida isn't the best place to fly in the summer.

I would look at the Phoenix area, various places around Florida, and around Dallas, TX.

Northern California has a few very busy schools scattered about that teach primarily to students from Asia. I don't know the quality of the opportunities for CFI's, but they ARE busy.

Phoenix for sure, weather is good most the year. Save the two months of thunderstorms. PM me if you want more info. Im currently instructing and a company called CAE oxford aviation. Good pay with benefits.

Flight Instruction

Phoenix I am currently there about 100 hours a month. Lots of work but lots of flying. Let me know if you want more details. Company is offering a sign on bonus currently having trouble keeping up with students.

NorCal CFI here. There are only a few options here for those seeking 100+ hours per month. If I weren't so close to finishing right now I'd be in Phoenix. Schools there are offering signing bonuses and jobs over the phone. Good luck

I don't know about you guys, but when I browse APC I get banners ads for at least two schools offering signing bonuses. I take that as a good sign that the schools are busy.

I'm currently looking at 2 flight schools very seriously. One is in Florida called aerosim and the other is in denton tx called US Aviation academy. I want to be in a city or town with lots of flying, and pretty girls. I know that flying is why I am there but I'm sure I will have off time here and there and I would love to have a little bit of a social life while I work hard to build atp minimums. I am a very very serious instructor but living life is important as well in my opinion. In other words I want the best of both worlds while accomplishing my goals. These are my final 2. Any feed back of any kind would be helpful thanks.
