CFI/CFII Needed in Northern Virginia

Hey everyone,

I am a current CFI/CFII/MEI working for a busy flight school in Northern Virginia (Fredericksburg/Stafford area). I am heading off to the airlines in a month or so and am looking to hire a full time replacement. The applicant must be a CFI/CFII. MEI is a plus, but not required. Base pay if 26.00 per hour for CFI/CFII. 27.00 if you also have MEI. You will be a w-2'd employee, not a 1099'd subcontractor. Interested in highly motivated and customer service oriented applicants. Safety must be of the number one concern.

I currently fly 60-100 hours per month, sometimes more. I have flown roughly 900 hours in the last 12 months, with a brutal winter included. If you are a CFI/CFII looking for a good paying job with lots of flying and experience building, this is a great place to work. We have four locations in Northern Virginia, but I am specifically looking to fill a position at our Stafford Regional Airport (KRMN) location.

Please PM me if interested.

Thanks,

Mike
