CFI gig with a twist

I don't know anything about this, but this could be fun for the correct candidate;

Korea Aerospace University Flight Training Center

Bullet points;

3. Pay
Gross payment: The starting Gross annual payment will be approximately USD 40,000 including salary, per-diem, tax,
medical insurances, retirement grants and extra pay for flight/FTD hours
(Expected flight instruction hours per year : 780hours).

7. Pilot License & Doc. Required
- Current CPL/IR with CFI/CFII (Prefer MEI rating holder)
- 1st class medical certificate
- 4 year University degree

6. Experience required : At Least 200 Hours of instructional duties

11. Language : Native English Speaker

The evaluation and interview is available both in Korea and U.S.

US "tax residents" don't pay any tax for the first two years in Korea (as long as you pass one of the tax residency tests).

Disclaimer:

Low post count, long time lurker, not affiliated in any way (and heck, I don't even know if this ad is valid anymore, Korean websites suck). Please don't send me PMs asking for details, I really have no clue about this, just thought to share something I found on the internets.

I'm a non-Korean living in Korea currently, with that salary you can live VERY comfortably and save quite a bit of money and/or travel as well.
