Looking to interview and hire (independent) CFIs and CFI-I's for a nonprofit flying club in San Jose, CA, 2 C152's, 1 172SP. Rate is $30/hour, instructor receives all direct payment from student(s), $10/month CFI dues (covers our accounting costs).

~120 members give or take, more being added with start of SJSU semester. Of those, approximately 5 are looking to get their PPL or IR. Other opportunities include member checkouts and flight reviews.
