Time Build $55 hr dry SPLIT
 

I'm a commercial pilot looking to build about 200 hours. I have access to a DA20 with very nice panel, for $55 an hour dry rate. The aircraft burns about 6 gallons an hour. We would split all costs. I'm 30 years old and a 7 year FAA Air Traffic Controller. Please let me know. Thanks!

Anyone looking to build time near BAK

METARD instead of being a troll on here and wasting everyone's time with your obtuse comment just send a private message man. You're not funny and your comments aren't productive. I'd only fly with other responsible aviators and your comments don't demonstrate a sufficient level of maturity.

Just wanted to warn everyone about SierraGolf. She messaged me wanting to build time. Agreed on plane and price. Had the owner pull it from the schedule to time build. And the day she's supposed to arrive she "postpones" because she has to work at Mokulele. Today I get a call from a guy in Houston who she pulled the same crap with. Her name is xxxxxxxxxxx. She's incredibly rude and untrustworthy and unscrupulous. She said Republic and Skywest hired her. People should be publicly shamed for cheating over other aviators and aircraft owners. No one I know would want to fly with them and should be warned.

Not surprising.....

How do you log that when "splitting" time?

Just wanted to update everyone about SierraGolf (deleted real name). The day after she no showed to fly 200 hours after we had a written agreement with an airplane owner, she stood up another pilot in Houston, Texas. Apparently she's done this to multiple pilots, costing airplane owners thousands of dollars in lost revenue and jeopardizing their ability to pay their airplane loans.
She's a con artist and tries to con pilots and airplane owners. BEWARE!

Luckily this is a small industry and reputations travel like wild fire.

Playing pilots to get free time or cheaper time. You dont have to gain anything to be a con artist. She's supposedly hired by REPUBLIC and SKYWEST and currently works at MOKULELE. Just thought if they're on the message boards that they should know what kind of pilot is or might be working for them.
