Default Piedmont Crewbase and seniority

What is the likely hood of a new hire junior fo getting KSBY as a crew Base? Are most new hires getting KPHY? What is the average seniority to get KSBY?
Thanks in advance for your response!

Lol. How many "Does a new thread need to be started?" complaints will there be?

When the new regional sub-forums are set up (they are working on them as we speak), the other existing threads will be staring everyone in the face. The frequency of "inappropriate" new threads will decrease. The frequency of "appropriate" new threads will increase. I, for one, am looking forward to the sub-forums.

Just interviewed and we were all told that they were only hiring into the EMB-145 PHL base.

Even with that in mind the SBY dash base will be closing by the end of the year, it may last a little longer so the chances of being based there as a NH who isn't on property yet is slim to none. PDT will eventually be running the 145 to SBY from PHL and a lot of people commute now from SBY, from what I hear between flying/driving options its a very easy commute.
No such thing as a 'very easy commute.'
