I've heard our healthcare is actually better than mainlines. It's 400$ cheaper a month than my last insurance and 10x better.

It might be smart to take a Dash FO slot if you have the time. It seems they are upgrading Dash FO's into the Jet before Jet FOs since we need those pilots. However, that could change once we get more people through training.

When I was a ramper for US Airways, health, dental, and vision for me, my wife, and my son was a whopping $88/mo for top tier BCBS insurance. Those were the days. I'll never see insurance costs like that again.

Yeah you are correct. I was more pointing toward new hires into the Dash. Also I did see some of the guys in upgrade training were displaced to the jet before sims. That being said they were super junior from other airlines.

I believe ist is all voluntary.. they have a list of enough people who want dash... people from Virginia.. want to start flying right away to get to 1000 hours.. 1000 buck's extra a month. A no brainer in my mind if the situation is right. You would expect to be roanoke based.
