I decided to do the smart thing and wait for the TA to drop before I made a judgement despite how I was feeling about it.

I have nothing to hide, and I’m not voting to undermine anyone here. I want the best just like everyone else does.

Again, I don’t care how anyone votes but if they do they should be well educated on the matter. A “NO” doesn’t always mean you’ll get more, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you should say yes to something you view subpar. A message is more important than small improvements for some people.

This is my sentiment. Although there isn't much going for this TA, y'all better respect the work involved. There is a lot of talent on the negotiating committee, excellent talent in fact. We need to realize that the company had little reason to play ball at this point

Everyone take a second and breath. Your union is made up of your friends and coworkers who have the same interest in seeing this pilot group do well. I can’t imagine what those guys went through for those 5 months to come back with this. At the end of the day its still negotiating which means if you start with sh** you try to make it smell a little better. The TA is what it is. Unfortunately those who negotiated LOA 19 didn’t explain the difference between arbitration and mediation when they voted flow in.. I’m basing this on that informational email they sent out. That mediation wasn’t binding for us or piedmont and if the union gives me a choice to get to see something that could be better than what we have now, im game. These openers they gave in LOA 19 had weak language attached like the rest of the contract that we now have to deal with in 2018 and the next round. The reality is they shouldn’t have voted on a 10 year contract extension. I’ll vote no, but when we get 140s you won’t catch me complaining about the pay. I’m not counting the pennies because I flow here pretty soon and ill be making that airbus money.
