What would this next occurrence involve if that also gets voted no and would there be a mandatory follow up negotiation? Thanks in advance from a newbie...
A no vote would possibly send it back to the limited negotiation table or to the mediator.

Or the company will say see ya in a few years. If people want to vote no because they don’t want to give up the concessions that are in there that’s fine. However if your voting no because you think the company will come back to the table with more I think you’ll be disappointed.

The company is under 0 obligation to do that, so why would they?

Because the company needs the extension language... the company needs the hotel policy change.. the company needs the displacement language...

The company needs us more right now...

Unless you have already made a lateral move or two. Delta and United both on the record saying they frown on that. But you do you!

Zero chance this is happening. A no vote ends it.

Do you have any idea of how many pilots retire at AA alone in the next 10 yrs? 75% of 15000 pilots gone. Just AA.
Why don't you try holding out. You get pilots on the street going elsewhere, and Piedmont will pay attention immediately.
