You haven’t even flown the line bro. Don’t even talk about the contract. You have no idea how these things work. We aren’t taking a bus fare raise. Idc if its only several items. This is setting the stage for the next round. I won’t even be here but ill be damned if we cash the check on a $1 raise and Bull**** QOL issues. No way. Hold the line bros hold the line. AA has to replace more pilots than all the WO’s combined and more in the next few years. Set the standard now. We will NOT settle.

Omni is hardly a step up from here. And if you’re within 2 or so years from flowing, I don’t think Spirit would be much better. First year pay close to some regionals and no quick upgrades anymore.

If someone can swallow the 16 days trips please tell me how Omni isn’t a step up? First year FO pay is over $100 an hour.

theres more than just hourly rates to a good contract.

Yes that’s true but you think Piedmont’s contract language is better then Omni? Enough to make up the $60 difference in hourly pay? Give me a break.
