Health Spending Account. We have either that or a Flexible Spending account, FSA. Will take a look.

10 new hires in the February class, for a net gain of 2. No flowees have been removed from the list yet, though, so really a net loss of 4. More if any of the February new hires don't show up.

This!! Also same goes for the union and the unbelievable bs that they re-elected BF.[/QUOTE]

Who besides BF would you have liked to see in that position? His knowledge of everything and everyone there is invaluable. His connections at national that I’m sure he can’t get into publicly have helped and will help the group more than you could guess. I truly wish you guys and gals there the best of luck. If you wanna pm me and chat about BF alternatives and ideas I’m happy to talk.

Appreciate the best wishes, but they really didn't consider the optics of this. We're ****ed off. As in, mostly everyone here that's paying attention is pretty ****ed off. It's the same old Piedmont management tactics (beat us down and chalk our disdain up as a win for their negotiating prowess) and the same old union tactics of rolling over and telling us we should deal with contract violations because "the company is acting in good faith and trying to help us out". Yes, they use that line pretty regularly rather than taking a red line approach to contract violations.

We want change on just about every level, yet they reinstate some dude who has no idea what flying the line here is actually like, who none of us have ever laid eyes on, or talked to, or even regularly heard from despite the fact that ya know, email exists and is not hard to use. I'll even take a twitter account with hokey "follow the money" memes like the company posts because that's the level we're at here at Piedmont. We're all sick of it. They know that. The message they sent is that they don't care and don't want to change.

Still waiting for those national connections to help improve my QOL even one iota.

Just like they tried to shove a bs TA down our throats, they're shoving this down our throats too. At least we had a say in the TA. Just along for the ride on this one, as our opinions don't mean anything to them

Just curious, not setting you up for an insult or anything. Just deciding on how to reply and what to say. How long have you been at PDT?

Every pilot should have a pen. Probably a test. But you should know that.

Flow going to 12? Must be CA to flow? I’ve been hearing this a lot recently. What say you all?
