The funny thing is the rumors of ”management” watching their computer screens for APC news...This place amazes me. How can we be so inefficient is beyond me?. There are soo many red flags at this company. Anyone at Piedmont that doesn’t have their app out is an idiot. I’ve heard a bunch of FO’s got snatched up by F9. I’d be willing to bet there will be a bunch more soon. This place is spiraling out of control. And as usual piedmont will not do anything until it’s too late. Let’s continue to be the lowest paid, lowest QOL, and have the worst moral of any regional. DP said in the last SOTA that American and all the regional managers have to step up their game, looks like they are doing what they’ve always done. Same ole s%#t just a different day.

Our management is inept. Remember we all thought that Lyle was gonna change this place? I hope he reads this. Everyone and everything about this place, except the employees who show up at the ground level and keep this place upright, is a failure. And every single failure and shortcoming is a direct result of some poor decision made by our management. It's not like they're the victims of circumstance. We are absolutely plummeting, might as well cook up some popcorn and watch it burn
