I mean, as long as we can keep the flow lists separate, we could end up with more competent management, more efficient flying, and maybe even scheduling software that was developed less than 30 years ago.
So fence you off and you flow 4-5 a month while we flow 29 now and 22-25 when the L10-11 group is gone?

Cya dude, have fun over there. Maybe don’t bust in the door acting like you know more than everyone whose already there.
The guy hasn't even worked here for a year and acts like he knows everything there is to know about Piedmont. Three months ago we were the greatest regional in his eyes. I'm betting that attitude of his won't last long at F9.

PN, our union guy, said our flow was protected with a merger. IDK how true that is though. I'm sure they'll say anything for those dues.

There are no FO reserve lines in PHL for April. Guess Frontier did take a good chunk of our FOs.

Keep the flows separate and I’d welcome a merger

Fence the bases as well until every f/o on each side has an opportunity to upgrade within their own system. A merger makes sense. Maybe you guys can stop all that flaps 45 stuff. 😜😂

The merger wheels have been turning for several years. The speed at which they turn related to how the outlook for each pilot group is at any given time. Piedmont is in rough shape currently.

Envoy’s union proposed that in the SLI something like the top 300 people be Envoy, then the top 50 Piedmont then five Envoy pilots above every one Piedmont pilot down the list with some increased flow number pulling from the integrated list in seniority order.

Piedmont’s union proposed Date of Hire.

It’s likely that the SLI won’t be straight date of hire due to the turmoil it will cause amongst the top Envoy pilots.

A 725-775 member increase to the Envoy pilot group should increase the flow by 5-6 per month, bringing the total to 27-30 (based on the Envoy projected numbers) of which Piedmont will make up 1/6... thus decreasing Piedmont pilots relative flow to 4 or 5 per month. Probably looking at a three to six year increase in flow for Piedmont pilots with an Envoy proposed SLI if it comes to fruition.

Smells like a steamy pile of doggy doodoo. Let the Max exodus increase if they try that.
