So with the pay raises, I know the process is gonna take a bit and I appreciate that the union is taking the time to make sure it's done right. But, I have a question about how things have gone down to this point.
We know that AAG approached PSA and offered them the raises, and that was that. Were we also approached and offered the same deal, or was PSA the only wholly owned to be approached with this? Has an equal deal already been put on the table for us and we're trying to do better, or do we have to fight just to get the same deal PSA got?
Not knocking anyone working on our deal, just wondering for some context.

So either they haven’t been offered or they were offered and refused it. Either way you’ll never know unless they break it or accept.
I hope you guys get even better than we did!!

Unless it's what we need, qol, pay, real trip credit to make abe, tri, mdt, bwi, worth our time, than I hope they told management to shove it...
What's the worst that happens, we merge with psa or envoy and our flight ops management goes on the breadline.... they are not going to let that happen. Every month we lose pilots, fail to staff, cover AA needed flying, burn triple premium, is another month flight ops management loses credibility. This is 3d chess.
If we were ironworkers, we would be sitting on lawn chairs outside clt and phl terminals with big inflatable rats grilling hot dogs.
Ive told my rep my two cents that I hope the MEC walks from everything unless it's what we truly deserve. No way are they dumping a 600 pilot flight department in this market if we refuse the bogus 50 seats rates.
