So if I read your post correctly

75 hrs per month $2950 + Quarterly bonus $2500 = Approx gross monthly salary $3783 for a second year fo?

Plan on 75hrs a month salary for second year FO... at year 4 rates.

Perdiem and credit for over mmg flying takes about a month or two to show up after the work has been done, lately.

Upto three bonus payments depending on when Indoc is. bonuses start the first month of the quarter after your 1yr anniversary... not sure if you’ve got to be on the seniority list X amount of days per quarter for the bonus to start- heard that it’s 55 days at one of the other WOs

Depending on how long it takes to complete training folks may receive a close out of their initial new hire bonus payment after their 1 year anniversary date with the company.

I'm not entirely sure how PDT structures their FO retention bonus but for Envoy only 67% get 7500 and 33% get 5000 their first year depending how their date of hire falls in with the bonus window.

You have to be active 50 days in a quarter to receive the bonus, otherwise you don’t receive one.

Therefore, you either get the bonus or you don’t. Some people are unlucky and have to wait an extra quarter to start receiving the bonus.

Guys show up to work on time. Can’t believe guys are leaving late on originators. Is that 10 extra minutes of sleep work going back to 1 hour report times?
