What caught my attention in the email today was how they said we're going to be doing 2 new hire classes a month now. Do any of you guys with inside sources know whether it's gonna be two classes that are half the size, or whether we are doubling hiring? Or for that matter whether we can hire enough people to justify two classes a month?

Go for it, at envoy we DGAF. Over 100 vacancies on the 175 in DFW. "Mothership" is far from the best place to be. You'll be flying with some real gems of lifer captains and koolaide drinking FO's.

Someone from February New Hire Class finished LOE about a week ago. Also have seen sim trainers on the line “because there are not enough students right now”.
The backlog is gone. Remember classes have been 10ish or less since December.

Two classes a month could be 5 NHs per class or less. No more 20+ classes is my guess, until the 175s are announced. Oops did I start that rumor up again?!
When does the company sit down to talk QOL improvements? Since they are now “aware” of the deficiencies.

That 175 rumor in particular seems starts anytime there are CPAs up for renegotiation with the contract carriers or Envoy is negotiating with AAG. I’ll believe when I see them on the line.
