I mean, I just wanted to say goodbye to all the people I loved flying with that I didn’t necessarily have their contact information... I apologize if it came off as self-serving.
No pat on the back needed, I wish y’all the best. I hope by leaving it maybe adds up to give the company a reason to make it better for y’all. I just couldn’t do the QOL anymore it was sucking the fun out of the career.

so about eradicating push up trips...
I thought that the union email said that their goal was to eradicate push up trips? The initial looks like the union isn’t having much luck reaching that goal. I’m glad that we added an extra 3 days to the interface in exchange for that.
I’d like to see the scheduling committee publish monthly stats on the interface so that the full magnitude of the boning that we’re getting is clear. This would be some good info to know:
1. average days off on the bid lines vs the final award
2. number of lines that were interfaced vs the number that could be interfaced
3. total number of days the pilot group lost to the interface
I’m just glad to be doing my part to help the company maximize its profitability.

Could we just get PBS or some sort of comparable software? The technology does exist and It would benefit both the company and the crews - it’s a win-win. Why is there no talk of this or mention of movement towards it? Is PDT the only airline that still uses an out of date bidding system with no app or transparency for the crews to see lines and schedules and who is “on deck” for RSV? It’s nearly 2020, this is ridiculous...
