Current military researching the regionals and Piedmont seems to be the best fit. I've heard that ROA will be going away but have to live nearby for family reasons. Interested in coming to Piedmont after my my deployment early next fall. If ROA does close does anybody have experience commuting out of ROA? I'm assuming PHL will be my base. Thanks in advance.

Its not official that it will close and May be a 145 base. A lot can happen by the time your ready to come on board.
