Met a guy who works for sprit but does part time instructing on the phenom at CAE in the sim. My guess is you can do something like that cause it doesn't effect 117.

The snag of 121.471 still exists, and the Howell 2013 interpretation doubles down on the "flight time is compensation" rule. This is really murky water they've (FAA) created.

Was Howell mow about the pilot logging flight time as compensation? that's Bravo Sierra IMHO.

If your a professional pilot, time no longer matters..
