Piedmont pay increase after endeavor?

Any thoughts on if or when piedmont will go to the negotiating table to match pay at endeavor?

Yes.. probably in the summer when the wheels start falling off and mainline realizes they are too short on pilots again.

Losing AWAC is the best thing that ever happened for the WOs.

From AA senior management...
Q. What is the regional feed plan for PHL, as a major regional carrier, Air Wisconsin, leaves early 2018? Will
Piedmont be able to take over the entire operation?
A. We are replacing the lost regional feed provided by Air Wisconsin in 2018 with the growth of both
Piedmont and PSA in the PHL hub.

We go to the negotiating table in January, per our contract.

Edit: Oops, meant to quote the thread starter.

Many thoughts. AA will control the pay increases though. Expect to see a bump at all 3 WOs within the next year.

We shouldn’t spend any bargaining capital on the payscale. The hiring competition will take care of that. Need to worry about the work rules.

Only 11 new hires in the December class. Those pay raises might have to come sooner than later.

Because they couldn't get anyone or because they are restricting hiring?

We have a lot of transition classes coming up.

I think they are restricting the classes. I have a buddy in the Jan class and he wanted the Dec class and couldnt get it.

Heard December was restricted to catch up with some delays. Pretty sure they can get classes with more than 11

We have 655 pilots on the roster currently (including those in training and on leave).

That's more than enough for the 58 jets or whatever we are supposed to be getting. (According to Lyle from CUT).

I wouldn't doubt to see our hiring go down to what is necessary for attrition at this point. 11 seems to be about the right number.
