Default Hiring street captains?

So I am currently at another regional and am about to break the 1000 121 and 2500 total with all but 250 done in turboprops and jets. At my company I’m still 12 months out from upgrading. Flow sounds nice too. Are you guys putting buts in left seats off the street and what is your flow time looking like as of now? The same as PSA and Envoy?

not street captain per se but multiple guys going through training, finishing OE and then going to upgrade.

temper that with the 7 months or so it will take you to get through training once indoc'd and they are hiring either into May or June now. so...

So 12 months to upgrade there. No flow for a backup plan.

Do you commute? How far? Do you like PHL? Maybe CLT,ORD,DFW,MIA etc. unknown at this point.

Lots of variables. I would apply here, if hired there is a wait for class. You could ride it out there and see how it looks when the call for class comes in.

You will go through initial as an FO. Then Hold captain and be brought right back in for training. It doesn’t hurt to apply and interview. See if you like the feel of it

Jr CAs that just upgraded at PSA we’re hired October 2017. Hired October 2017 and did FO training. Then turn around and go to January 2018 CA upgrade class. Out of training by late February 2018. So roughly 5 months to get all the way through the training department. It’s about the same at all the WOs I think.

Except for all the pay missed out on in the meantime by the training delays? Whether it’s delay in getting hours required to upgrade, or simply not being able to fly as much as you want while on training pay?
