It worked out for me, but everyone is different and this place really did wear me down. I don't understand how we had people give decades to this place. I give them a lot of credit for sticking with it. Many quit and left aviation. When I was a fresh FO the senior captains would say, give it six months.... this place sucks... nothing ever changes here. Took me a year... but those guys were right.
It's not all bad. .. I've enjoyed my time here... but realistically compared to the rest of the industry we do not compare.

I am leaving.... and yes, I weighed my choices many times with offers to the ULCC. I chose to stick it out and flow. I'm just giving my opinion from someone who has been here a while, as senior as it gets, other than the handful of seniors that stuck around to retire at PDT.

PDT is so far behind our regional brothers and the moral on the line has drastically gone down hill.
