Recruiters are def not in the loop on negotiations.

Could someone clarify how the pay scale works? If someone is an FO for 2 years and then upgrades to CA at year 3, do you get 3rd year CA rate because it's your 3rd year at PDT, or do you get year 1 CA rate because it's your first year as a CA?
Thanks in advance.

What is the overall feeling in negotiations at the moment? Any chance of a TA by the summer? Chances of scheduling rules being improved? Chances of meeting the other WO payrates?

Better get more than just match the other WO payrates. To match that would only be about $4/hr across the board. If they don’t want a mass exodus they better get it more in the endeavor range. Moral on the line is way down. Many people are just hanging in to see what these negotiations bring. If there isn’t mass improvements to pay and QOL you will see a ton of people leaving.

Guys I'm not joking... it's not going to happen, I can promise you that. It would be at ALL 3 not just pdt. It's not happening. Clean up work rules get 12 days off and increase the min day to get a raise that way. They WILL NOT INCREASE PAY RATES unless the other 2 do. May happen in a few months but not in this limited opener

Right because Envoy waited for us to announce the DEC $44,000 bonus so we could do it together. PSA waited to announce the new bases they opened.

Point is, Piedmont pilot group has the ability to move the bar up without waiting on the other two. This group doesn’t get a pay raise AND QOL improvements it’ll be a No Vote. Plain and simple, good luck recruiting pilots in this market.

Huh? Pay, and flow. That’s where the WO’d will have consistency.

I don’t think we’ll see pay raises come from the negotiations.

I agree about setting the bar, but we aren’t getting a whole new contract here...QOL, prolly.

Why would they not at least match Envoys captain pay? I’d think they’d want all 3 WO’s even across the board.
