Geez, I know of a few more resignations coming soon and don’t know all that many people. Maybe net negative by end of month.

As of right now, what you see is what you get until 20203 or whenever the early openers are or PDT merges with another WO.

I believe the topic of PBS is being discussed. That is schedules, and does have an effect on pay. No timeline other than the company wants it...

You wish PBS does not effect pay. Maybe not rates but definitely in total income including soft money. That soft money makes up 25percent of total. Unless you get real good duty and trip rigs you lose money and schedule will stink even more.
