I’d be curious to see a poll from the flying public on all our common uniform arguments we have. After all we don’t wear the uniform to impress each other. We wear it for the customer. I’d like to see the public’s opinion on hat vs no hat, sweater vs no sweater, epaulets on coats etc.
And forget it with mainline FAs... they wear whatever they want. I don’t think I’ve seen any two of them wearing the same thing.
But hey wanking about nit picky uniform details takes attention away from PDT having the only WO pilot group that did not get a flow increase in 2018, and is still industry lagging (if not last) in pay and QOL.

Like anyone cares...hang around CLT long enough and you’ll see TC instructors, who you think are at the plane to ride in the back, hop up front and fly in their slacks and collar shirt...
