Epaulets on Trench Coats
Saw a few guys wearing them today while traveling through the F concourse in PHL.......not a good look at all.
Does your company mandate that or are these guys freelancing to look that odd?

As another guy said, that was an AAG (AA, Envoy, Piedmont, PSA) lookbook standard for the Twin Hill uniform overcoats. This is in line with how the U.S. and UK Navy officer overcoats (bridge or reefer) are worn. It is/was a mixed bag on whether guys wore the rank or not, because AAG only issued one set of boards.

Why do you care? God forbid someone wears the uniform how the company wants them to.

Who cares.. the only thing we should be talking about here is, pay, qol, schedules, flow time and getting out of here before your time to follow is up.
None of us should care how the uniform is worn at this time, it's not highschool and we're not paid enough... give me 100 dollars an hour and I'll freshly press everyday..
