75 minutes from phone ringing to being at the gate ready to depart, but clt and phl get 90 minutes due to there being a bussing operation. Our flight attendants get 2 hours. At clt getting from kcm, security, to far echo gates will take 10 to 15 minutes.
Also, we have airport ready reserve in our contract but in my time at pdt it has not been utilized, yet.

Ready to depart would mean all of your reserves could live only like 30 minutes away from the airport?

I would never do it to an FO, because I don’t want them to feel pressured or rushed when they’re already running late. Plus, some of these cats don’t even skim the logbook, or the weather packet, or weight limitations.... just not good practice for many reasons
