Not sure how long it is to get a line in CLT, but as a lineholder expect to fly 60-70 hours a month. On paper, upgrade time is a moving target- a year ago we were doing street captains, a couple months ago 3-year FOs were having their upgrade classes delayed. An FO I just flew with (who had prior 121 time) said he has been here under a year and was recently awarded upgrade.
If you are coming here with no 121 time, I'd guess you're looking at 2 to 2.5 years from DOH to upgrade. With prior 121 time, probably under a year.

Right now, it takes about 2.5 years to hit the line as a CLT captain, and that time is getting longer.
