Ask the recruiters how many hours they’ve flown the line and how their first hand experience on the line was...if there is a pilot that is recruiting, it is most likely a reserve or a brand new hire that hasn’t had the experience yet.

Piedmont will not see any growth any time soon given the current numbers nor is management planning for growth. They speak about opening new domiciles if they could staff them. Given the current status of the seniority list, they could barely staff the current domiciles.

Go somewhere else as a DEC. only reason to go to piedmont is if you live within 90 min of PHL and you plan on moving on in a year or less.
