Think 5 showed for the December 16th class. No idea on who will show for January 13th.

Speaking of attrition....those class numbers don’t even cover the flow much less those leaving for greener pastures.

Technically I think flow is attrition, but since it’s known 6/month, it’s not counted as such. So attrition means those who go to another airline outside the flow, resign, get fired, or can’t make it through training (the last 3 being the least common). Attrition per month varies, flow doesn’t.

So to just stay “properly staffed” as we “are now”, we need to hire at least 6/month. But when you factor in attrition, we need to hire 10-20/month. Just to keep size....which we haven’t been doing for a year or so now.
