Yep. What a train wreck of a company AAG is.

I would be really curious to know how many AA OTS hires are former WO who made a jump elsewhere before getting the AA invite.

The fastest flow from 9E to Delta these days is 9E->B6->DL.

In Delta's defense, they are hiring a fair number of 9E pilots off the street, too.

Well AA is not hiring WO Eagle pilots. AA is happily letting United and Delta scoop them up. The only Eagle WO pilots getting hired outside the flow are the ones you’d expect to see on a brochure showing how diverse the airline is.

AA recruitment has said “please squash this rumor we’re not hiring from our WO” there is a trickle of piedmont around the flow this month and next month.

Well recently it has been an asian pilot, a black pilot, a female CA that's pregnant, and a few that have mommy and/or daddy who are AA pilots. That is your so-called "trickle" of PDT pilots getting hired outside the flow.

For the record, I am not hatting, in fact I am all for people getting hired outside the flow and would love to see more of it. However, currently these are the cold hard facts of those that have bypassed flow.

AA is not opening the doors and welcoming their WO pilots with open arms. There are plenty of WO pilots that have their app in on AA pilot credentials, but only those "select few" are part of your "trickle" who have jumped years of waiting for flow.

TW doesn’t check any of those boxes and went this month outside the flow to AA. AA only accounts for about 10% outside the flow attrition at Piedmont. Piedmont, your fastest path to United.

It is not a rumor if it's true! Exactly ZERO were hired at mainline from PSA last month, outside the contractually mandated flow...

Plus, many more got hired at United than the 10 that flowed to American.

the numbers don’t lie. Recruitment can try to squash the rumor all they want. Until they put their money where there mouth is, the FACT is going to live
