I'm not your bro. You can save that for your college age peer group. I realize its very hard for your kind to understand what professional means.

I hope you guys finally get a contract offer you deserve. Hopefully it includes enough flow to slow PDT and PSA from taking anymore gains off of your backs. If karma exists, maybe your flow will increase slowing the flow from those other wholly- owneds leaving most of those guys stuck with their capped contracts for longer waiting on the flow carrot they sold their souls for.

Keep dreaming Republic boy.

Bahahhaha. Of course. A good guide would be to read through this "gentlemans" previous posts. Anyway, you and your soft ego have a lovely night. Bro.

So were you thinking about what Professional meant when you took the job at RAH??? You took a job knowing you'd make 20k a year flying a E-Jet. It's almost laughable when you come on here running your mouth.

Oh I am not dreaming. Parker is going to continue to whipsaw you lemmings back and forth and what makes it so sad is your type is too dumb to see what a patsy you are. Come talk to me when you grow a spine, or at least have a valid argument worth posting. Calling me Republic boy doesn't phase me in the least. We know where our backbone is. Now, I am sure I hear your mom calling you better head home lil girl.....

Wrong again. Geez maybe you PDT pilots really are as ignorant as you sound. I took this job knowing a TA was around the corner with stability and a home base if voted in. Just because it turned out to be garbage worthy of our No vote, was beyond my control. What I didn't do was bend over and vote yes like your group did. I accepted the consequences of my decision. As a pilot group we will continue to raise the bar and fight for a proper contract and I will stick it out with this group. That's what professionalism is all about. Oh and I made way more than that first year so at least get your facts straight before running your flapping gums. Why am I arguing with a guy that willingly calls himself a HO.

You get a number when you flow. What you are thinking of would be Piedmont or Envoy pilots having AA seniority numbers before flowing. That is not how it works.

You flow, and then become a first year AA pilot on pay step one. Prior to that you are either an Envoy or Piedmont pilot. Whomever is hired at AA prior to you flowing is senior to you when you eventually do flow.

As mentioned, Piedmont gets 3 and PSA I believe gets 4 a month. And in both of those cases I believe they are only guaranteed an interview. It's not really an actual flow.

Envoy does have an actual flow with no interview. Right now it's 20 a month. Rumor is that the latest contract offer from AA that should drop any day now will have an enhanced flow. The contract which was rejected earlier this year would have enhanced our flow from 20 to the first 30 new hires at AA. I expect any future "enhanced flow" offer to be similar.

Quick question about the flows at Envoy. Does everyone on property right now flow at a rate of 20/month?

Yes, and new hires will as well.
