I had a small, soft side case which worked great. It clipped on to my suitcase and worked great for carrying all over the world.

First you should apply. Don't wait! Second don't listen to a single piece of diet advise you've seen here. Ignore all the internet woo, and bro science. Go see a registered dietian( not a nutritionist), and listen to their advise on eating. A RD is a health professional that can set you up on the right meal plan for you. Weight lose is nearly 100% diet, as excerise can not overcome poor diet.

There is a balance between diet and exercise, and there's some trade space between the two. I've consumed up to 8,000 calories/day while participating in a fitness program courtesy of the military, not an ounce of body fat to be found back then. Of course that involved at least ten hours/day of strenuous exertion... |

My other sister is an RD, she'll tell you both exercise and diet are important for health and maintenance of weight. Anybody who tells you that you can skip the exercise is trying to sell you diet shakes or something.

I never said you can skip exercise. I said exercise can not overcome poor diet. Diet is the single most important issue for weight control. Unless you are a professional athlete you can not burn enough calories to make up for poor food choices.

In a nutshell, you can't out exercise a bad diet. It's a balance like stated above.
