Question Plantar fasciitis?

Any experience in dealing with plantar fasciitis? Is it a DQ condition?

Shouldn't be DQ in and of itself, unless the pain is severe.

You might be able to fix it with a change of shoes, and one of those roller-ball massage thingies. Worked for me, military boots didn't help.

But get it resolved, otherwise it can cause bone spurs under your foot which might require surgery.

Get a pair of these on Amazon... it will solve your problem in a couple weeks... wear them everyday.

The insoles don't do a damn thing for me. The ball helps but it is only short term relief.

I use the Dr. Scholl inserts. Almost instant relief, but it took more than two years of consistent use before stepping into sandals (obviously without the inserts) didn't immediately cause a flare up...

I purchased the pure wave massager. Use it about 5-10 minutes a day and have no issues. Military issued boots destroyed my feet

have you tried this insole? I tried everything from stretching, rolling the ball, taping, etc. etc... this solved my problem in a few weeks... but you have to wear them in every shoe.
