Default Medical & Reporting

I am a student pilot currently obtaining my private pilot license at the moment. I received my first class medical in July of 2017. When filling out the “report doctor visits within the last three years” section, i reported visits based off memory and only listed one or two visits which were both for minor check ups for colds. I was looking at some medical records and saw that I went to a family physician for a minor check up because i was having flu like symptoms that I did not report because i simply forgot. It ended up being a small cold.. is it a big issue that I did not report that visit when I was filling out the medical form the first time I went for my medical?

Thanks

Probably no big deal since the issue was trivial. If it were me, I'd just report it next you get a medical.

The FAA only really gets bent out of shape if they find out about questionable or disqualifying conditions which you did not report.
