If height on your medical is off by one inch than on your pilot certificate, would this be considered a discrepancy?

The AME usually takes it from your Medexpress form.

If it's anything like replacing a destroyed medical certificate (OK, the canoe overturned, it happens), the AME isn't ALLOWED to anymore. It'll have to be done by your local regional FAA flight surgeon.
